That the proposed improvement shall consist of the replacement of portions of existing surface asphalt, resurfacing, replacement of deteriorated curb and adjacent sidewalk, adjustment of drainage structures and incidental construction as well as the modernization of one (1) signalized intersection. • , and shall be constructed feet wid and be designated as Section 89-00183-00-RS 2.
