The Canvassing Committee submits the foregoing report as a complete return and canvass of the results of the Special Election held in the Third Ward of the City of Evanston, Cook County, Illinois, on Tuesday, April 7, 1970, and recommends that said report, as submitted, be approved and made a part of the records of this Council.
