A RESOLUTION
Approval of Housing4All Implementation Framework
WHEREAS, on May 11, 2026, City Council adopted Housing4All, Evanston’s first
strategic housing plan; and
WHEREAS, on May 19, 2026, the Housing and Community Development Committee
recommended the Housing4All Work Plan; and
WHEREAS, the Housing and Community Development Committee seeks City Council
approval of the Housing4All Work Plan and initial implementation framework,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF EVANSTON, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION 1: The Housing4All Work Plan and initial implementation framework are
approved, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated as Exhibit A.
SECTION 2: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage, approval, and publication in the manner provided by law.
