A RESOLUTION
Authorizing the City Manager to
Execute Change Order #3 to the Agreement with AGAE Contractors,
Inc. for the Construction of the Twiggs Park Playground Improvements
WHEREAS, the Evanston City Council believes entering into an Agreement
with AGAE Contractors, Inc. is in the best interests of the citizens of Evanston,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF EVANSTON, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION 1: That the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to sign, and the
City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to attest on b ehalf of the City of Evanston,
Change Order #3 to the Agreement between the City and AGAE Contractors, Inc. (see
Exhibit 1).
SECTION 2: That the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to
negotiate any terms of an Agreement as may be determined to be in the best interests of
the City.
SECTION 3: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage, approval, and publication in the manner provided by law.
