Home My WebLink AboutResolution 203-R-26 (1) 09/14/2026 203-R-26 A RESOLUTION Authorizing the City Manager to Execute a Three-Year Agreement and Approve a Purchase Order with Mitsubishi Electric Power Products, Inc. for Preventative Maintenance for the Uninterruptible Power Supply at the Evanston Police Department Headquarters and Sherman Plaza Self Park WHEREAS, the City of Evanston is responsible for the preventative maintenance for the Uninterruptible Power Supply at the Evanston Police Department Headquarters and Sherman Plaza Self Park, WHEREAS, the Evanston City Council believes approving a three year preventative maintenance agreement and purchase order with Mitsubishi Electric Power Products, Inc. for Uninterruptible Power Supply preventative maintenance services at the Evanston Police Department Headquarters and Sherman Plaza Self Park is in the best interests of the citizens of Evanston, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EVANSTON, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS: SECTION 1: That the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to sign, and the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to attest on behalf of the City of Evanston, a three-year agreement and purchase order from the City to Mitsubishi Electric Power Products, Inc. SECTION 2: That the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to negotiate any terms of an Agreement as may be determined to be in the best interests of the City.
