A RESOLUTION
Authorizing the City Manager to Approve a Purchase Order with Bristol
Hose & Fitting, Inc. for the Purchase and Installation of Reels and
Hose Lines at the Service Center
WHEREAS, the City of Evanston is responsible for the maintenance of city
owned facilities including the repair and replacement of required building infrastructure,
WHEREAS, the Evanston City Council believes approving a purchase order with
Bristol Hose & Fitting, Inc. for the purchase and installation of reels and hose lines for air
and lubricants located in the fleet shop at the Service Center at 2020 Asbury,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF EVANSTON, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION 1: That the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to sign, and
the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to attest on behalf of the City of Evanston,
a purchase order from the City to Bristol Hose & Fitting, Inc.
SECTION 2: That the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to negotiate
any terms of an Agreement as may be determined to be in the best interests of the City.
SECTION 3: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage, approval, and publication in the manner provided by law.
