A RESOLUTION
Approving Pink and Tan, LLC’s Class A Beer/Wine/Spirits Shop (small)
Liquor License Application for Pink & Tan, 1712 Sherman Avenue
WHEREAS, Pink and Tan, LLC will operate Pink & Tan, a small beer/wine/spirits
shop located at 1712 Sherman Avenue; and
WHEREAS, Pink and Tan, LLC has applied for a Class A beer/wine/spirits
(small) liquor license to continue to sell alcohol at Pink & Tan; and
WHEREAS, the Evanston City Council believes approving Pink & Tan’s Class A
liquor license application is in the best interests of the citizens of Evanston,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF EVANSTON, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION 1: Pink and Tan, LLC Class A liquor license for Pink & Tan, located at
1712 Sherman Avenue, is approved.
SECTION 2: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage, approval, and publication in the manner provided by law.
