A RESOLUTION
Approving Evanston OpCo 1, LLC’s Class M Retirement Facility Liquor
License Application for Trulee Evanston, 1815 Norwood Court
WHEREAS, Evanston OpCo 1, LLC recently purchased Trulee Evanston, a
retirement facility located at 1815 Norwood Court; and
WHEREAS, Evanston OpCo 1, LLC has applied for a Class M retirement facility
liquor license to continue to serve alcoholic beverages at Trulee Evanston; and
WHEREAS, the Evanston City Council believes approving Trulee Evanston’s
Class M liquor license application is in the best interests of the citizens of Evanston,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF EVANSTON, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION 1: Evanston OpCo 1, LLC Class M liquor license for Trulee Evanston,
located at 1815 Norwood Court, is approved.
SECTION 2: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage, approval, and publication in the manner provided by law.
