A RESOLUTION
Approval of an Increase in the Hourly Permit Rates for Synthetic Turf
Athletic Fields and Grass in 2027 and 2028
WHEREAS the Evanston City Council believes Increasing the Hourly Permit Rates
for Synthetic Turf Athletic Fields and Grass in 2027 and 2028 is in the best interests of
the citizens of Evanston,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF EVANSTON, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION 1: The City Council approves Increasing the Hourly Permit Rates for
Synthetic Turf Athletic Fields and Grass in 2027 and 2028.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage, approval, and publication in the manner provided by law.
