A RESOLUTION
Approving Chef Isaac Hospitality Management Group LLC’s Class C
Restaurant Liquor License Application for Benson Avenue Tavern,1735
Benson Avenue
WHEREAS, Chef Isaac Hospitality Management Group, LLC operates Benson
Avenue Tavern, a restaurant located at 1735 Benson Avenue; and
WHEREAS, Chef Isaac Hospitality Management Group, LLC has applied for a
Class C restaurant liquor license to serve alcoholic beverages at Benson Avenue Tavern;
and
WHEREAS, the Evanston City Council believes approving Benson Avenue
Tavern’s Class C liquor license application is in the best interests of the citizens of
Evanston,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF EVANSTON, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION 1: Chef Isaac Hospitality Management Group, LLC’s Class C liquor
license for Benson Avenue Tavern, located at 1735 Benson Avenue, is approved.
SECTION 2: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage, approval, and publication in the manner provided by law.
