A RESOLUTION
Approving Alleyway Restaurant, LLC’s Class C Restaurant Liquor
License Application for Alleyway Grill, 1710B Sherman Avenue
WHEREAS, Alleyway Restaurant, LLC operates Alleyway Grill, a restaurant
located at 1710 B Sherman Avenue; and
WHEREAS, Alleyway Restaurant, LLC has applied for a Class C restaurant liquor
license to serve alcoholic beverages at Alleyway Grill; and
WHEREAS, the Evanston City Council believes approving Alleyway Grill’s Class
C liquor license application is in the best interests of the citizens of Evanston,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF EVANSTON, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION 1: Alleyway Restaurant, LLC’s Class C liquor license for Alleyway Grill,
located at 1710 B Sherman Avenue, is approved.
SECTION 2: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage, approval, and publication in the manner provided by law.
