A RESOLUTION
Approving Levy Premium Foodservice Limited Partnership’s Class N-3
University Entertainment Venue (Large) Liquor License Application for
Ryan Field, 1501 Central Street
WHEREAS, Levy Premium Foodservice Limited Partnership operates liquor sales
for Ryan Field, a large University Entertainment Venue located at 1501 Central Street;
and
WHEREAS, Levy Premium Foodservice Limited Partnership has applied for a
Class N-3 University Entertainment Venue (large) liquor license to serve alcoholic
beverages at Ryan Field; and
WHEREAS, the Evanston City Council believes approving Ryan Field’s Class N-3
liquor license application is in the best interests of the citizens of Evanston,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF EVANSTON, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION 1: Levy Premium Foodservice Limited Partnership’s Class N-3 liquor
license for Ryan Field, located at 1501 Central Street, is approved.
SECTION 2: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage, approval, and publication in the manner provided by law.
