A RESOLUTION
Authorizing the City Manager to Approve a Purchase Order with US
Door System (2019 Corporate Lane, Suite 159, Naperville, IL 60563),
DH Pace Company (1 E. North Ave, Glendale Heights, IL 60139),
Anderson Lock (1590 Touhy, Elk Grove, IL 60007) and Tee Jay Service
Company (958 Corporate Blvd, Aurora, IL60502) for Annual Door
Repairs and Replacement at Various City-Owned Buildings
WHEREAS, the City of Evanston is responsible for the repair and replacement
as needed of doors for all city owned facilities.
WHEREAS, the Evanston City Council believes approving a purchase order with
Door System, DH Pace Company, Anderson Lock and Tee Jay Service Company for
annual door repairs and replacement at various City own buildings is in the best interests
of the citizens of Evanston,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF EVANSTON, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION 1: That the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to sign, and
the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to attest on behalf of the City of Evanston,
a purchase order from the City to Door System, DH Pace Company, Anderson Lock and
Tee Jay Service Company.
SECTION 2: That the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to negotiate
any terms of an Agreement as may be determined to be in the best interests of the City.
SECTION 3: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage, approval, and publication in the manner provided by law.
