A RESOLUTION
Approving Celadon Construction Corporation NFP’s Class E
Entertainment Venue (Small) Liquor License Application for Celadon
Construction Corporation NFP, 2603 Sheridan Avenue
WHEREAS, Celadon Construction Corporation NFP operates Celadon
Construction Corporation NFP, a small entertainment venue located at 2603 Sheridan
Avenue; and
WHEREAS, Celadon Construction Corporation NFP has applied for a Class E
entertainment venue (small) liquor license to serve alcoholic beverages at Celadon
Construction Corporation NFP; and
WHEREAS, the Evanston City Council believes approving Celadon Construction
Corporation NFP’s Class E liquor license application is in the best interests of the citizens
of Evanston,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF EVANSTON, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION 1: Celadon Construction Corporation NFP’s Class E liquor license for
Celadon Construction Corporation NFP, located at 2603 Sheridan Avenue, is approved.
SECTION 2: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage, approval, and publication in the manner provided by law.
