A RESOLUTION
Approving Windfree Solar Cafe, LLC’s Class C Restaurant Liquor
License Application for Windfree Solar Cafe, 517 Dempster Street
WHEREAS, Windfree Solar Cafe, LLC operates Windfree Solar Cafe, a restaurant
located at 517 Dempster Street; and
WHEREAS, Windfree Solar Cafe, LLC has applied for a Class C restaurant liquor
license to serve alcoholic beverages at Windfree Solar Cafe; and
WHEREAS, the Evanston City Council believes approving Windfree Solar Cafe’s
Class C liquor license application is in the best interests of the citizens of Evanston,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF EVANSTON, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION 1: Windfree Solar Cafe, LLC’s Class C liquor license for Windfree Solar
Cafe, located at 517 Dempster Street, is approved.
SECTION 2: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage, approval, and publication in the manner provided by law.
