A RESOLUTION
Approving LM Evanston 1710 LLC’s Class C Restaurant Liquor License
Application for Land and Lake Cafe, 1710 Orrington Avenue
WHEREAS, LM Evanston 1710, LLC operates Land and Lake Cafe, a restaurant
located at 1710 Orrington Avenue; and
WHEREAS, LM Evanston 1710, LLC has applied for a Class C restaurant liquor
license to serve alcoholic beverages at Land and Lake Cafe; and
WHEREAS, the Evanston City Council believes approving Land and Lake Café’s
Class C liquor license application is in the best interests of the citizens of Evanston,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF EVANSTON, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION 1: LM Evanston 1710, LLC’s Class C liquor license for Land and Lake
Cafe, located at 1710 Orrington Avenue, is approved.
SECTION 2: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage, approval, and publication in the manner provided by law.
