A RESOLUTION
Authorizing the City Manager to
Execute Amendment #1 with Christopher B. Burke Engineering, Ltd.
(820 Davis St., Ste. 520, Evanston, IL 60201) for the Ladd Arboretum
Canoe Launch Project (RFP 22-42)
WHEREAS, the Evanston City Council believes entering into Contract Amendment
#1 with Christopher B. Burke Engineering, Ltd. is in the best interests of the citizens of
Evanston,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF EVANSTON, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION 1: That the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to sign, and
the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to attest on behalf of the City of Evanston,
a Contract Amendment between the City and Christopher B. Burke Engineering, Ltd.
SECTION 2: That the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to negot iate
any terms of an Agreement as may be determined to be in the best interests of the City.
SECTION 3: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage, approval, and publication in the manner provided by law.
