The following changes are hereby made to the AGREEMENT: Modifications to the contract to address changes during construction summarized below and detailed in the attached document. 1.Final Completion Date: The Final Completion Date shall be revised from May 31, 2026 to July 24, 2026, as requested by Millennium Contracting Co. and outlined in the attached memorandum dated March 13, 2026 due to lower-than-anticipated resident participation and customer outreach response, which resulted in an insufficient number of confirmed service replacements to support planned production rates. As a result, construction progress slowed, extending the time required to complete the work, restoration, and project closeout activities. The Final Completion date has been extended by 54 days. The initial deadline was not met due to insufficient customer outreach response, which resulted in too few confirmed services to support the deployment of two construction crews. Because the number of residents responding and authorizing service replacements fell short of the required volume, installation progress slowed significantly. This reduced efficiency extended the overall construction timeline.
