A RESOLUTION
Authorizing the City Manager to
Execute an Agreement with Carahsoft Technology Group (11493
Sunset Hills Road, Suite 100, Reston, VA 20190) for a One-Year
Subscription Renewal for Box Cloud Storage Platform
WHEREAS, City of Evanston; and Carahsoft Technology Group are renewing the
subscription for Box Cloud Storage Platform for a term of one-year
WHEREAS, the Evanston City Council believes entering into an Agreement with
Carahsoft Technology Group is in the best interests of the citizens of Evanston,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF EVANSTON, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION 1: That the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to sign, and
the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to attest on behalf of the City of Evanston,
an Agreement between the City and Carahsoft Technology Group.
SECTION 2: That the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to negot iate
any terms of an Agreement as may be determined to be in the best interests of the City.
SECTION 3: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage, approval, and publication in the manner provided by law.
