A RESOLUTION
Approving the April 27, 2026 Amazon Credit Card Payment
WHEREAS, the City of Evanston disburses payments for goods every two weeks,
and
WHEREAS, the Evanston City Councilmembers have the fiduciary responsibility
to review and ultimately approve any payments to staff, contractors, or merchants,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF EVANSTON, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION 1: That the City Council approve the City of Evanston’s BMO Harris
Amazon Credit Card Activity for the period ending January 26, 2026, in the amount of
$11,768.39 and the period ending February 26, 2026, in the amount of $18,569.73.
SECTION 2: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage, approval, and publication in the manner provided by law.
