CALL TO ORDER / DECLARATION OF QUORUM 2. APPROVAL OF MEETING MINUTES of May 18, June 15, July 20 and September 21, 2010 and January 17, February 21, March 20, May 15 and June 19, 2012 3. COMMITTEE REPORTS A. Survey Sub -Committee - Phase II Update 4. STAFF REPORTS A. 2012 Preservation and Design Awards — Update M11►IaIki1RI:1417-1114IkiI*"v 6. NEW BUSINESS A. 1490 Chicago Avenue (L/LSHD) — Replace 15 double hung wood windows with divided lights on the upper sash on the rear west elevation with new wood aluminum clad windows to match the style and light configuration. [Alteration] B. 490 Sheridan Road (L) — Replace 3 double hung wood windows with divided lights on the upper sash on the rear south elevation with new vinyl windows to match the style and light configuration. [Alteration] C. 1742 Asbury (L/RHD) — Demolition of exterior wood stairs and concrete slab on rear west elevation. Construction of new terraced rear patio and hot tub. [Construction/Demolition] D. 1204 Asbury Avenue (RHD) — Demolish existing garage and construct a new 3-car garage with gable roof, two dormer style windows facing east. Exterior materials: Pre-treated wood siding and shingle roof. [Construction/Demolition] E. 1005 Sheridan Road (L/LSHD) — East rear elevation: Replace 3 louvered windows and 3 fixed transom windows, remove 1 wood casement window and replace aluminum windows and door with transom and casement wood 1 of 2 windows and French door and infill window openings. South elevation: Remove glass greenhouse; replace 2 louvered windows and 2 fixed transom windows with casement and transom wood windows. North elevation: Remove 32 fixed aluminum windows and 2 clad casement windows. Adjust window openings and install 3 new wood casement windows. All new windows, transoms and door have divided lights. [Alteration/Demolition] F. 1231 Asbury Avenue (L/RHD) — Reconfiguration of windows on the north (secondary Fagade) and east (tertiary fagade at rear) to accommodate the new layout of the kitchen as well as expanding the mudroom on the north elevation.
