A. Progress Report
• Is the structure of the Survey Form complete and coordinated with GIS
Analyst and how is it being used?
• What is the percent completed of the photography?
• Has a photographic numbering system been worked out with GIS Analyst?
• When will the Survey Sub-Committee get to review the photos?
• Are the determinations of whether or not a given structure is contributing
or non-contributing being made as the survey progresses?
• Have any structures been identified that the Consultant considers eligible
for the National Register?
• When can the Survey Sub-Committee review representative copies of
completed survey forms?
• What is the status of the Phase I Survey map and has this been
coordinated with GIS Analyst and when can we see it?
• What is the estimated completion date of the survey?
• When can the Survey Sub-Committee review a draft of the Survey
Report?
• What was accomplished last month and what will be accomplished next
month by the Consultants?
• When will the Consultant be able to present a summary of the work to the
Survey Sub-Committee and/or the Commission?
B. Status Report of Research Team
• What is the status of the written narratives associated with the survey
forms & when does the photography merge with the narratives?
• What was accomplished last month and what will be accomplished next
month by the Volunteers?

A. Status of CLG Application 2010-2011
