• How is the survey data base being translated into the website
• Status of photography: file names of images identified by PIN numbers
• Review of photos in PDF format - samples of downsized photos for the
website
• Identified contributing and non-contributing structures for the NR and local
• Sample of completed survey form
• Update on last month and next month activities
• Survey map status – to be coordinated for the last phase of the survey
• Report to the full Commission - June 28, 2011
• Target completion date of survey is mid August, 2011

• What is the status of the written narratives associated with the survey forms &
when does the photography merge with the narratives?
