1501 Ridge Avenue – Remove 21 steel casement windows and replace with new aluminum
casement windows to match existing window light configuration.

A. Review & Technical Assistance Committee (R&TA)
1. 1125 Sheridan Road - Demolition of existing wood deck at the rear of the house.
Construct new covered porch.
2. 2728 Harrison - Demolition of existing two-car detached garage. Construct new 2 ½
car detached garage.
B. Appointment of Associate Members for 2011
