A RESOLUTION
Authorizing the City Manager to
Execute a Change Order with National Power Rodding Corp. for 2025
Sewer Structure Lining
WHEREAS, the City of Evanston and the City Council, in the interest of improving
structural integrity of 42 sewer structures, went into an Agreement (the “Agreement”) with
National Power Rodding Corp. on October 15, 2025 for the 2025 Sewer Structure Lining
project hereinafter referred to as the “Project”; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF EVANSTON, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION 1: That the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to sign, and
the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to attest on behalf of the City of Evanston,
a Change Order between the City and National Power Rodding Corp. to extend the
completion date of the Project.
SECTION 2: That the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to negotiate
any terms of an Agreement as may be determined to be in the best interests of the City.
SECTION 3: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage, approval, and publication in the manner provided by law.
