A RESOLUTION
Approving Taste of Nepal, LLC’s Class C Restaurant Liquor License
Application for Taste of Nepal, 610 Davis Street
WHEREAS, Taste of Nepal, LLC operates Taste of Nepal, a restaurant located at
610 Davis Street; and
WHEREAS, Taste of Nepal, LLC has applied for a Class C restaurant liquor
license to serve alcoholic beverages at Taste of Nepal; and
WHEREAS, the Evanston City Council believes approving Taste of Nepal, LLC’s
Class C liquor license application is in the best interests of the citizens of Evanston,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF EVANSTON, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION 1: Taste of Nepal, LLC’s Class C liquor license for Taste of Nepal,
located at 610 Davis Street, is approved.
SECTION 2: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage, approval, and publication in the manner provided by law.
