A RESOLUTION
Approving Heritage Diners, Inc.’s Class C Restaurant Liquor License
Application for Everest Indian Cuisine, 630 Church Street
WHEREAS, Heritage Diners, Inc. operates Everest Indian Cuisine, a restaurant
located at 630 Church Street; and
WHEREAS, Heritage Diners, Inc. has applied for a Class C restaurant liquor
license to serve alcoholic beverages at Everest Indian Cuisine; and
WHEREAS, the Evanston City Council believes approving Heritage Diners’ Class
C liquor license application is in the best interests of the citizens of Evanston,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF EVANSTON, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION 1: Heritage Diners, Inc.’s Class C liquor license for Everest Indian
Cuisine, located at 630 Church Street, is approved.
SECTION 2: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage, approval, and publication in the manner provided by law.
