A RESOLUTION
Approving Fred’s Bread, LLC’s Class C Restaurant Liquor License
Application for Fred’s Bread Bakery & Cafe, 817 Noyes Street
WHEREAS, Fred’s Bread, LLC operates Fred’s Bread Bakery & Cafe, a restaurant
located at 817 Noyes Street; and
WHEREAS, Fred’s Bread, LLC has applied for a Class C restaurant liquor license
to serve alcoholic beverages at Fred’s Bread Bakery & Cafe; and
WHEREAS, the Evanston City Council believes approving Fred’s Bread’s Class C
liquor license application is in the best interests of the citizens of Evanston,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF EVANSTON, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION 1: Fred’s Bread, LLC’s Class C liquor license for Fred’s Bread Bakery
& Café located at 817 Noyes Street, is approved.
SECTION 2: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage, approval, and publication in the manner provided by law.
