A RESOLUTION
Approving Deville Evanston, LLC’s Class C Restaurant Liquor License
Application for Pizzeria Deville, 1527 Chicago Avenue
WHEREAS, Deville Evanston, LLC operates Pizzeria,Deville, a restaurant located
at 1527 Chicago Avenue; and
WHEREAS, Deville Evanston, LLC has applied for a Class C restaurant liquor
license to serve alcoholic beverages at Pizzeria Deville; and
WHEREAS, the Evanston City Council believes approving Deville Evanston’s
Class C liquor license application is in the best interests of the citizens of Evanston,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF EVANSTON, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION 1: Deville Evanston, LLC’s Class C liquor license for the Pizzeria Deville
located at 1527 Chicago Avenue, is approved.
SECTION 2: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage, approval, and publication in the manner provided by law.
