Ezee Fiber Texas, LLC
Date: September 23, 2025
This license agreement for use of the public right of way is between the City of
Evanston and Ezee Fiber Texas, LLC. Ezee Fiber Texas, LLC is requesting permission
from the City to install fiber optic cable infrastructure in the public right of way
throughout the City as shown in Exhibit A.
Public Works Agency recommends execution of this license agreement in order to grant
Ezee Fiber Texas, LLC a non-exclusive privilege and license to use the public right of
way in accordance with and subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement for a
period of ten (10) years.
There is no budget impact related to this license agreement.
