A RESOLUTION
Approving Evanston 1st, Inc.’s Class A-2 Beer/Wine/Spirits Shop (Small)
Liquor License Application for Evanston 1st Liquors, 1019 Davis Street
WHEREAS, Evanston 1st, Inc. seeks to operate Evanston 1st Liquors, a small
beer/wine/spirits shop located at 1019 Davis Street; and
WHEREAS, Evanston 1st, Inc. has applied for a Class A-2 beer/wine/spirits shop
(small) license to sell alcoholic beverages at Evanston 1st Liquors; and
WHEREAS, the Evanston City Council believes approving Evanston 1st, Inc.’s
Class A-2 liquor license application is in the best interests of the citizens of Evanston,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF EVANSTON, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION 1: Evanston 1st Inc.’s Class A-2 liquor license for Evanston 1st
Liquors, located at 1019 Davis Street, is approved.
SECTION 2: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage, approval, and publication in the manner provided by law.
