A RESOLUTION
Approving The City of Evanston’s Class Z City Entity Liquor License
Application for the Evanston Ecology Center, 2024 McCormick
Boulevard
WHEREAS, the City of Evanston operates the Evanston Ecology Center, a City
entity located at 2024 McCormick Boulevard; and
WHEREAS, the City of Evanston has applied for a Class Z City Entity liquor
license to serve alcoholic beverages at certain events at the Evanston Ecology Center;
and
WHEREAS, the Evanston City Council believes approving the City of Evanston’s
Class Z liquor license application is in the best interests of the citizens of Evanston,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF EVANSTON, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION 1: The City of Evanston’s Class Z liquor license for the Evanston
Ecology Center, located at 2024 McCormick Boulevard, is approved.
SECTION 2: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage, approval, and publication in the manner provided by law.
