A RESOLUTION
Approving Saint Errant Brewing, LLC’s Class I (Craft Beer/Wine – On
Site Production) Liquor License Application for Saint Errant Brewing,
2000 Dempster Street
WHEREAS, Saint Errant Brewing, LLC dba Saint Errant Brewing will operate a
craft beer production facility located at 2000 Dempster Street; and
WHEREAS, Saint Errant Brewing, LLC has applied for a Class I (Craft Beer/Wine
– On Site Production) liquor license to produce and serve alcohol at its facility at 2000
Dempster Street; and
WHEREAS, the Evanston City Council believes approving Saint Errant Brewing,
LLC’s Class I liquor license application is in the best interests of the citizens of
Evanston,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF EVANSTON, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION 1 Saint Errant Brewing, LLC’s Class I liquor license for Saint Errant
Brewing, located at 2000 Dempster Street is approved.
SECTION 2: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage, approval, and publication in the manner provided by law.
