A RESOLUTION
Approving Northlight Theatre’s Class E-2 Medium Event Venue Liquor
License Application, 1012 Church Street
WHEREAS, Northlight Theatre will operate a medium-sized event venue located
at 1012 Church Street; and
WHEREAS, Northlight Theatre has applied for a Class E-2 (Event Venue –
Medium) liquor license to serve alcoholic beverages; and
WHEREAS, the Evanston City Council believes approving Northlight Theatre’s
Class E-2 liquor license application is in the best interests of the citizens of Evanston,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF EVANSTON, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION 1 Northlight Theatre’s Class E-2 liquor license for its medium-sized
event venue located at 1012 Church Street is approved.
SECTION 2: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage, approval, and publication in the manner provided by law.
