A RESOLUTION
Approving Santa Eulalia, LLC’s Class C Restaurant Liquor License
Application for the Gigio’s Pizzeria, 1001 Davis Street
WHEREAS, Santa Eulalia, LLC operates Gigio’s Pizzeria, a restaurant located at
1001 Davis Street; and
WHEREAS, Santa Eulalia, LLC has applied for a Class C restaurant liquor
license to serve alcoholic beverages at Gigio’s Pizzeria; and
WHEREAS, the Evanston City Council believes approving Santa Eulalia’s Class
C liquor license application is in the best interests of the citizens of Evanston,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF EVANSTON, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION 1: Santa Eulalia, LLC’s Class C liquor license for the Gigio’s Pizzeria,
located at 1001 Davis Street, is approved.
SECTION 2: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage, approval, and publication in the manner provided by law.
