This project is part of a long-standing partnership between the City of Evanston and Evanston Township High School (ETHS), through which students gain hands-on construction experience while building affordable housing in our community. As part of our partnership, ETHS contracts with a vendor to provide services for the relocation of the home from 1600 Dodge to its permanent site. This indemnification agreement is between that vendor, Vertical Works, Inc., and the City of Evanston for the move scheduled for September 15, 2025.
