Recommended Action:
Staff recommends City Manager approval to award a contract to Showcoav
(110 Martin Lane, Elk Grove Village, IL) to provide lighting and curtain services
for the 2025 Nutcracker Ice show at Robert Crown Center in the amount of
$17,680.00
Funding Source:
Funds for this expense will be deducted from 100.30.3030.65110 which has a remaining
balance of $28,795.74. Three quotes are attached.
Summary:
Quotes for service were solicited from three 3 vendors. The lowest bid came from:
Showcoav who is the preferred vendor and also who was used last year.
