Recommendation or purpose
The City of Evanston is requesting approval to enter into an agreement with Ridgeville
Park District (RPD) to provide fuel for their fleet operations. Under this proposed
arrangement, fuel will be dispensed to RPD vehicles as needed at the City’s designated
fueling stations. Each RPD vehicle will be assigned a fuel access card to facilitate
access and ensure proper tracking.
Fuel usage will be recorded through the City’s Computerized Fleet Analysis (CFA)
system. The City will issue quarterly invoices to RPD, accompanied by detailed usage
reports. Fuel will be billed at the City’s average quarterly cost plus a 30% administrative
fee. Reimbursement will be due within 60 days of the invoice date.
