Date: August 25, 2025 Recommended Action: Staff recommends that the City Council authorize the City Manager to execute a single- source agreement with Concentric Integration LLC (8678 Ridgefield Road, Crystal Lake, IL 60012) for the period of September 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025, to provide SCADA support and integration services in the not-to-exceed amount of $136,000.00. A single- source purchase requires a two-thirds vote of the City Council.
