The agreement term is January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2025. Funding Source: Revenue from Ecology Center program registrations is deposited into the General Fund Account, Ecology Center Business Unit 100.30.3605.53565. Instructional expenses are paid from Ecology Center Business Unit 100.30.3605.62505. Instructional expenses that exceed the amount budgeted will be covered by the 30% city revenue from the yoga programs. For 2025, Ecology Center staff is projecting a maximum of $15,056 in revenues and approximately $10,540 in expenses. Revenue from Robert Crown Community Center program registrations is deposited into the General Fund Account, Robert Crown Community Center Business Unit 100.30.3030.53565. Instructional expenses are paid from Robert Crown Community Center Business Unit 100.30.3030.62505. For 2025, Robert Crown Center staff is projecting a maximum of $2,016 in revenues and approximately $1,412 in expenses. During this time, Lily has provided excellent instruction for adults and her classes have seen maximum enrollment. In 2023, Lily also began teaching Candlelight Yoga at Robert Crown Community Center. While the Ecology Center has been under construction during the spring, summer, and fall of 2024, Lily has led classes at the Noyes Cultural Arts Center at the same times and day of the week as the Ecology Center yoga programs. The program will continue at the adapted location in 2025 until the Ecology Center is reopened. In 2024, seven of Lily’s series classes (i.e. more than one class) reached maximum enrollment. The remaining four series classes reached at least 75% enrollment. More than 50% of the participants enrolled in two or more classes throughout the year and 11 participants (14% of the total enrollment) returned for classes every season. Based on the success of Lily’s yoga classes, staff propose entering into a new contract for 2025 that will follow the same program structure as 2024. In addition, staff reached out to two additional yoga vendors for quotes on class fees. The results are summarized below. Staff recommend entering into a new contract for 2025 with Lily Cigan because she offers the lowest fee per class.
