A RESOLUTION
Approving Green Spoon LLC’s Class E-3 (Event Venue-Large) Liquor
License Application for Palmhouse, 619 Howard Street
WHEREAS, Green Spoon, LLC operates Palmhouse, an event space located at
619 Howard Street; and
WHEREAS, Green Spoon, LLC has applied for a Class E-3 (Event Venue –
Large) liquor license to serve alcoholic beverages at Palmhouse; and
WHEREAS, the Evanston City Council believes approving Green Spoon, LLC’s
Class E-3 liquor license application is in the best interests of the citizens of Evanston,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF EVANSTON, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION 1: Green Spoon, LLC’s Class E-3 liquor license for Palmhouse,
located at 619 Howard Street, is approved.
SECTION 2:That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage, approval, and publication in the manner provided by law.
