A RESOLUTION
Approving Central Prairie LLC’s Class C Restaurant Liquor License
Application for Burl, 2545 Prairie Avenue
WHEREAS, Central Prairie, LLC operates Burl, a new restaurant located at 2545
Prairie Avenue; and
WHEREAS, Central Prairie, LLC has applied for a Class C Restaurant liquor
license to serve alcoholic beverages at Burl; and
WHEREAS, the Evanston City Council believes approving Central Prairie, LLC’s
Class C liquor license application is in the best interests of the citizens of Evanston,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF EVANSTON, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION 1: Central Prairie, LLC’s Class C liquor license for Burl, located at
2545 Prairie Avenue, is approved.
SECTION 2:That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage, approval, and publication in the manner provided by law.
