A RESOLUTION
Approving Compass Group USA, Inc.’s Class C Restaurant Liquor
License Application for Luna’s Pub 1995 Campus Drive
WHEREAS, Compass Group USA, Inc. operates Luna’s Pub, a new restaurant
located at 1995 Campus Drive; and
WHEREAS, Compass Group USA, Inc. has applied for a Class C Restaurant
liquor license to serve alcoholic beverages at Luna’s Pub; and
WHEREAS, the Evanston City Council believes approving Compass Group USA,
Inc.’s Class C liquor license application is in the best interests of the citizens of
Evanston,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF EVANSTON, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION 1: Compass Group USA, Inc.’s Class C liquor license for Luna’s Pub,
located at 1995 Campus Drive, is approved.
SECTION 2:That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage, approval, and publication in the manner provided by law.
