Home My WebLink AboutResolution_30-R-25-_Approving_Kaiser_Studios-_LLC_s_Class_E_Entertainment_Venue_(Small)_Liquor_License_Application_for_Grove_Gallery-_619_Grove_Street_(2)_signed3/31/2025 30-R-25 A RESOLUTION Approving Kaiser Studios LLC’s Class E Entertainment Venue (Small) Liquor License Application for Grove Gallery, 619 Grove Street WHEREAS, Kaiser Studios LLC operates the Grove Gallery, an art gallery located at 619 Grove Street; and WHEREAS, Kaiser Studios, LLC has applied for a Class E entertainment venue (small) liquor license to serve alcoholic beverages during gallery events at the Grove Gallery; and WHEREAS, the Evanston City Council believes approving Kaiser Studios, LLC’s Class E liquor license application is in the best interests of the citizens of Evanston, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EVANSTON, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS: SECTION 1: Kaiser Studios, LLC’s Class E liquor license for Grove Gallery, located at 619 Grove Street, is approved.
