Requests for access assistance must be made 48 hours (two working days) in advance. As part of the Council agenda, a period for public comments shall be offered at the commencement of each regular Council meeting. Public comments will be noted in the City Council Minutes and become part of the official record. This represents an increase of 11.9% over the 2022 levy of $34,525,671 as extended. This represents a 9.00% increase over the 2022 levy as extended.
