BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUN%IL OF THE CITY OF EVANSTON, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS: SECTION 1: All that portion of the East and West public alley lying North of Emerson Street and East of the easterly right-of-way line of the Mayfair Division of the Chicago and North Western Railway Company, and legally described as - Plat of Vacation of that part of the east and west sixteen (16) foot public alley lying north of and adjoining the west 20 feet of Lot 19, all of Lot 18 and that part of Lot 17 lying easterly of the easterly right-of-way line of the Mayfair Division of the Chicago and North Western Railway Company in Block 4, Grant and Jackson's Addition to Evanston in the N.E.14 of the N.E.14 of Section 13, Township 41 N., Range 13 east of the Third Principal Meridian, all in the City of Evanston, Cook County, Illinois, as cross -hatched and indicated by the words "HEREBY VACATED" on the Plat hereto attached, which plat for greater certainty is hereby made a part of this ordinance, be And the same is hereby vacated and closed, inasmuch as the same is no longer required for public use and the public will be subserved by such vacation, provided however, that said vacation shall be subject to any public utilities presently installed or located therein, together with right of egress and ingress for main- tenance of the same„ SECTION 2: This ordinance shall take effoc't and be in force from and after 0 • its.passage and approval, subject to the condition that the City Clerk shall, within 90 days after its passage, file and cause to be filed for record in the office of the Recorder of I Deeds of Cook County, Illinois, a certified copy of this or- dinance together with the Plat made a part thereof.
