AN ORDINANCE
Vacating Public Alley North
of Brummel Street between
Ashland Avenue and Florence
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF EVANSTON, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS: °
SECTION 1: All that part of the east and
west public alley eight (8) feet
in width lying north of Brummel Street between Ashland Avenue
and Florence Avenue, and legally described as -
The 8 foot public alley lying north of and
adjoining Lots 22 to 30 inclusive, in the
First Addition to Arthur Dunas' Howard
Avenue subdivision, being a part of the S.2
of the N.E. 1/4 of Section 25, Township 41
north, Range 13 east of the Third Principal
Meridian in the City of Evanston, Cook
County, Illinois,
as cross -hatched and indicated by the.words "HEREBY VACATED"
on the plat hereto attached, which plat for greater certainty
is hereby vacated and closed, inasmuch as the same is no
longer required for public use and the public will be sub -
served by such vacation, provided however, that said vacation
shall be subject to any public utilities presently installed
or which -may be hereafter located therein, together with right

of ingress for maintenance of the same.
SECTION 2: Thi's ordinance shall take effect
and be in force from and after
its passage and approval, subject to the condition that the
Gity Clerk' shall, within 90 days after its passage, file
and cause to be filed for record in the office of the
Recorder of Deeds of Cook County, Illinois, a certified
copy of this ordinance together with the Plat made a part
hererof .
