MW J. nxAt.W tsar., BE IT ORDAINED BY THE C ITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EVANSTON, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS. SECTION 1: That the Director of Public Works be and he is hereby ordered and directed to solicit bids for the sale of said residence and frame garage to the highest and best bidder for cash, subject to the terms that the building shall be removed therefrom by the purchaser at his own expense, within a short date to be determined by the Director of Public Works. The Director of Public Forks is further ordered and directed to advertise the sale of such residence and garage as personal property and submit to the City Council the highest and best bid under- the most favorable conditions to the City of Evanston, vi.th his recommendation for the purpose of obtaining the approval of this City Council to accept such bid. SECTION BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that upon acceptance and approval of such bid by the City Council, that the City of Evanston deliver bill of sale to the approved bidder of the residence and detached garage located upon the aforesaid property described in said judgment order, and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby author- ized to execute and deliver said bill of sale to the approvod bidder and to affix the seal 6f the City of Evanston thereto. -2- 139 • SECT -TON 3: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and -approval, according to law.
