AN ORDINANCE
Authorizing; the soliciting of
bids for and the sale of the
brick and frame building and
garage located on property
described as 2333 n=erson Street,

accordance with said judgment order with respect to parcel. No. 2

said residence together with said garage be removed from said
premises in order to el.eaar said property of any obstruction in
connection with the relocation and improvement of Emerson Street

Council, it is desirable in the public interest to offer said
residence and garage for sale as personal property..

be and he is hereby ordered and
directed to solicit bids for the sale of said residence and
frame garage to the highest and beat bidder for ca,shs, subject
to the terms that the building shall be removed therefrom by
the purchaser at his ovn expense, within a short date to be
determined by the Director of public Works.
Tho Director of Public Works is further ordered and

personal, property and subtai,t to the City Council the highest �
and ';est bid under the most favorable eandit.ion3 to the City of
Evanston,* with his recommndation for the purpose of obtaining
the approval of this City Council to accept such bid.
S EECT 101,1 2 ! BE IT MRTHIEM a�AINED that upon
acceptance and approval of such
bid by the City Council, th4t the City of Evanston deliver bill
of sale to the approved 'bidder of the residence and detached
garage located upon the aforesaid property described in said
,judgment order, and the Mayor and City Clark are hereby author-
ized to execute and deliver said bill of sale to the approved
bidder and to ,affix the seal of -the City of Evanston thereto.
