IT ORDAINED BY TH E CITY COUNCIL OF THE: CITY OF WANSTOF, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS : SECTION 1: That Section 3 of Ordinance 20-0-60 adopted by the City Council of the • City of 'va.nston on July 5, 1960, amending Sections 27-52 to 27-96 inclusive, and Sections 27-99 and 27-100 of Article V of the Code of the City of Evanston, 1957, "Restricting or Prohibiting Standing and larking of Motor Vehicles on Certain Streets and Alleys," is hereby amended so as to read as follows: Any person, firm or corporation vrho violates any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty of a mis- demeanor, punishable by a. fine of not less than $3 if paid. within 10 days after the date of said violation notice, and not less than $4 if paid more than 10 days after the date of said violation notice, and not exceeding $200. tiny violator may avoid prosecution for violating this ordinance before legal action has been brought against him by surrendering the traffic ticket or other notice of violation, either received or placed upon such vehicle, and paying; to the Clerk of the Municipal Court of Evanston within 3.0 days from the date appearing on said violation 0 163 • notice, the sum of $�, or, if not paid within 10 days from the date of said violation notice, then the sum of $4 before legal action has been brought against the violator. Any person making such payment shall receive a. receipt therefor from the Clerk of the Municipal Ccurt of Evanston. SECTION 2: That section numbers of Section 27-97 and Section 27-98 of said Ordinance 20-0-60 adopted by the City Council of the City of Evanston on ,duly F, 1960, be changed to section numbers 27-97.10 and 27-98.11 respectively. SECTION 8: That all ordinances or pe.rts of ordin,inces in conflict herewith • are hereby repealed..
